The Community Council of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church operates under the Uniform Community Regulations of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Toronto (Canada). Eleven members are elected every two years to support the administration and spiritual life of the parish.

• Meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM in the Church Boardroom.

• The Priest and the Council together oversee ministry, operations, and community outreach.
